Most common causes of blocked fallopian tubes are-

• Uterine infection
• Ectopic pregnancy
• Endometriosis
• Abdominal surgery in the past
• Surgery involving fallopian tubes

From the above list we can conclude that first successful pregnancy doesn’t cause tubal blockage but the abnormalities during pregnancy may cause blockage in the tubes.
