What are the sign and symptoms of male infertility?

The inability to conceive is a sign of male infertility, which is one third of approximately 15% of infertile couples. Symptoms of male infertility may include-

• Sexual dysfunction (ejaculation disorder, reduced sexual desire, erectile dysfunction)
• Disorders of spermatogenesis (formation of sperms) accounts for 50% of male infertility. Sperm count lower than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million per ejaculate is not considered a normal count.
• Pain in testicles or swelling in the testicles.
