What is Vamana Therapy?

Vamana Therapy, also known as Vamana Karma, is a specialized Panchakarma detoxification procedure that helps remove accumulated Kapha Dosha and toxins (Ama) from the upper digestive and respiratory system through controlled therapeutic emesis. According to Ayurveda, this purification process supports the body’s natural healing mechanism and helps restore dosha balance.

Unlike home detox methods, Vamana Therapy is performed only after proper preparation and under the supervision of trained Ayurvedic physicians.
